Once Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson first met in a church in Hamburg they realized they could not go to the other side. Ashley was 17 years old and hadn't had any type of romantic relationship and was very cautious about everything. It was, however, that they fell in love right away. Andrew was praying for Ashley on New Year's Eve, right before the new year began in 2016, praying that God would grant him a last blessing this year. It was also hoped that Ashley would marry him. Ashley really wanted to do a wooden folk themed wedding, as it represented Andrew along with her. The couple incorporated a bit of everything they loved for their big day. The venue chosen was on the back 40 acres of the property Ashley was raised on. Ashley and Andrew played, explored, and explored the entire path that led to the place where they said "I I do" at the wedding of Ashley. In addition, Andrew and Ashley had walked across the field several times since they first started dating. Since almost everything was DIY by the groom and bride, it was essential to personalize the wedding. Andrew and Ashley's father designed the arch for the ceremony and seating, while Ashley was in charge of painting and making decorations.
